Late Arrival Policy

To minimize wait time for all, patients are asked to arrive before their scheduled appointment time. Patient should arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for the completion of the registration process before the actual appointment time. This allows for the completion of the registration process before the actual appointment time and aids our clinic in running efficiently.

We know that sometimes unexpected delays can happen, therefore we do allow a 30-minute grace period. If a patient arrives more than 30 minutes late, they may be rescheduled for a later date. Alternatively, they can choose to wait, but being seen will depend on appointment availability due to cancellations or no-shows. This ensures that on-time patients are seen promptly as we strive to deliver exceptional and timely care.
