Jill Prattini deBouchel, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in primary care, ENT (ear, nose, and throat), and mental health services for patients across New Orleans, Marrero, and St. Bernard Parish. She is known for her compassionate, patient-centered approach and dedication to helping individuals and families achieve long-term health and well-being.

Professional Background

Jill began her medical career as an ICU nurse after earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Our Lady of Holy Cross College. In 2011, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing–Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Loyola University New Orleans. Her clinical journey includes working at Culicchia Neurological Clinic in Marrero with Drs. Frank Culicchia and Moises Arriaga, where she gained extensive experience treating hearing and balance disorders, migraines, and neurological conditions. In 2018, she joined ENT of New Orleans and UrgENT Care ENT, where she continues to provide comprehensive ENT and primary care. Jill is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and remains an active member of both the national and Louisiana associations.

Community Roots in Louisiana

A lifelong resident of St. Bernard Parish, Jill is deeply connected to the New Orleans community. Outside of her practice, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Ross, and their two sons, and she is actively involved in her children’s school and sports activities.
